WUB Architecture students, along with faculty members,
explored Day Five of Parallels, where learning unfolded
through exchange—ideas flowing between installations, conversations, and shared
experiences. Parallels brings together eight
contemporary architectural practices from Dhaka, offering insights into the
city’s evolving architectural culture through a group exhibition and engaging
talks by the practitioners.
On this day, students had the opportunity to engage with the
exhibition’s keynote speakers, Kazi Fida Architects and Cubeinside,
whose presentations offered thoughtful perspectives on design thinking,
context, and practice. Their talks enriched the experience by bridging academic
learning with contemporary professional discourse.
