WUB Green Committee
Green Committee is formed to inculcate green consciousness in students and plan actions to boost environment sustainability to work with the motto "Efficient Electricity Use”. The committee will work to sensitize students to take informed steps in their individual capacity to respect nature and not take it for granted.
Objectives
- To create environmental awareness to Efficient Electricity Use as much as possible and then implement it.
- To encourage efficient electricity usage across campus.
- To promote student-led initiatives such as switching off unused electrical devices, using natural light, and adopting energy-saving habits.
- To reduce electricity consumption and lower greenhouse gas emissions through behavioral change.
- Give guidance to the student about Efficient Electricity Use.
