I also declare that the information I have provided during registration is true and accurate. I understand that providing false information or violating any competition rules may result in the cancellation of my registration or disqualification from the event.

Project Showcasing

• I hereby declare that the submitted project is original, accurate, and relevant to the STEM Carnival theme.
• I understand that providing false, incomplete, or misleading information may result in disqualification.
• I acknowledge that registration does not guarantee selection, and shortlisted teams must participate in the presentation/evaluation process.
• I agree to comply with all rules and accept that the decision of the organizers and judges shall be final.
• I confirm that the project does not involve any form of cruelty or harm to animals, plants, or the environment. Any experimentation or demonstration must comply with ethical and environmental standards.
• I understand that the organizers, host institution, sponsors, and volunteers shall not be held responsible or liable for any accident, injury, loss, or damage to persons or property occurring before, during, or after participation in the STEM Carnival.
