The
Department of Textile Engineering and Fashion Design at World University of
Bangladesh (WUB) is actively engaged in advanced research activities aimed at
fostering innovation and sustainable development in the textile and related
sectors. As part of these efforts, two members of the Department, Md.
Mostafizur Rahman and Mohammad Bellal Hoque, were awarded a project under the
Special Research Grant Program 2024-2025 by the Ministry of Science &
Technology (MOST), Bangladesh, and successfully completed it. The details of

Through
its dedication to research and innovation, the Department of Textile
Engineering is emerging as a catalyst for sustainable development and
eco-friendly technological progress in Bangladesh.
